The low-speed agitation reactor is suitable for color mixing in the paint industry and for liquid–liquid or liquid–solid mixing in other industries. The reactor ensures uniform color, thorough mixing, and good miscibility. It features a rational structure with high-power agitation, integrating heating, stirring, temperature control, and cooling functions. The material can be heated or cooled according to process requirements, and the reactor is equipped with an electric control cabinet for comprehensive monitoring of equipment operation.

Main Features:

01.Agitation is driven by a variable frequency drive (VFD), allowing adaptation to different process requirements and ensuring high-quality product output.

02.The vessel is constructed from double-layer stainless steel plates; both the tank and piping are mirror-polished, fully complying with GMP standards.

03.The tank can heat or cool materials as required, with electric heating as the heating method.

04.Discharge is convenient; material can be released directly or via an optional transfer pump.

05.The stainless steel control cabinet allows comprehensive monitoring of equipment operation and displays temperature and other parameters.

06.Optional caster wheels are available for easy mobility.
