Description

The electric heating jacketed reactor is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, pesticide, organic synthesis, petroleum, food additive, defense industry, and scientific research applications. It is suitable for processes such as reaction, evaporation, concentration, synthesis, extraction, polymerization, and mineralization.

The electric heating jacketed reactor features rapid heating, high temperature resistance, hygienic operation, no environmental pollution, no boiler requirement, high thermal efficiency, and convenient operation.

Operating Precautions for Electric Heating Stainless Steel Reactor

1.The thermal oil filling volume should be approximately 80% of the jacket volume to prevent oil overflow during heating.

2.Electric heating is strictly prohibited when there is no thermal oil in the jacket or no material inside the vessel (empty vessel).

3.The vent pipe installed at the upper part of the electric heating jacket must remain unobstructed to prevent blockage.

4.Temperature rise should be gradual, especially during initial heating, to avoid violent boiling caused by oil vapor or moisture.

5.To improve energy efficiency, thermal insulation should be applied to the outer surface of the equipment. Operation under overpressure conditions is strictly prohibited.
