High-Speed Dispersing Reactor

The reactor is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, pesticide, organic synthesis, petroleum, food additive, defense industry, and scientific research applications. It is suitable for processes such as reaction, evaporation, concentration, synthesis, extraction, polymerization, and mineralization.

All wetted parts of the electric heating reactor are made of SUS304 stainless steel. The reactor is available in capacities ranging from 50 L to 5000 L, and other capacities can be customized according to customer requirements. All components and accessories can be configured based on specific process needs.

Features:

1.The high-speed dispersing motor is a 30 kW, four-pole standard motor, with a maximum speed of 1470 r/min.

2.The low-speed agitator motor is a 7.5 kW, four-pole standard motor, equipped with a 70:1 gearbox, providing an output speed of 20 r/min.

3.An 11 kW high-speed bottom emulsifier is installed at the vessel bottom, featuring a water-cooled mechanical seal.

4.The dispersing shaft, agitator shaft, and vessel body are all made of SUS304 stainless steel.

5.All rotating shafts are equipped with high-speed mechanical sealing systems.

6.The reactor is supported by a three-leg structure, each using a single-point support design.
