BERCHANCE
1.The reactor eliminates the traditional external jacket and uses an internal heating coil system. This design significantly improves heat transfer efficiency and effectively prevents vessel collapse caused by operational errors.
The heating coils are installed inside the vessel, ensuring 100% direct contact with the process medium, which provides efficient and stable heat transfer without short-circuiting or channeling. In contrast, jacketed vessels typically have gaps between the jacket and the inner shell, with heat transfer oil occupying approximately 65% of the jacket volume. Removing the jacket can reduce overall energy consumption by more than 50%, and the lighter equipment weight lowers foundation load requirements, saving civil construction costs.
2.The dilution vessel uses the same internal coil heating design, avoiding energy losses and operational risks associated with jacketed structures.
3.The fractionation column is enlarged in diameter and height, with internal redistributors to prevent wall flow. Stainless steel Pall rings are packed inside to ensure adequate contact and mass transfer between the process medium and water vapor, achieving efficient fractionation.
4.During dilution, a material distributor at the resin inlet ensures rapid and uniform distribution of feed, preventing localized accumulation that could cause incomplete cooling or solidification.
5.A condenser on the dilution vessel minimizes styrene volatilization, achieving both environmental protection and energy efficiency.
6.All agitated vessels are equipped with wear-resistant steel sleeves at the bottom shaft bearings to reduce long-term wear, prevent damage to the agitator shaft, and avoid frequent replacement, thus lowering future maintenance costs.
7.The new wastewater distillation tower features higher treatment capacity, lower energy consumption, and improved processing efficiency. Treated wastewater has a lower COD, and the system is easy to operate and stable in performance.
