This project was executed under a strict Build-to-Print model. At the project's inception, our client provided comprehensive engineering drawings, process parameters, and quality specifications. BERCHANCE strictly followed these blueprints and relevant pressure vessel codes, focusing entirely on rigorous fabrication execution, precise dimension control, and complete factory testing.
Given the concentrated quantity and a firm delivery timeline, the project required highly optimized production scheduling and seamless workshop coordination. Our manufacturing team focused heavily on structural accuracy, welding reliability, and standardized production procedures.
Structural Geometry & Tolerance: Ensuring strict dimensional accuracy for all pressure-bearing structures, vessel geometry, and nozzle orientations according to approved engineering requirements.
Welding Quality Control and Factory Acceptance Testing
During fabrication, BERCHANCE implemented strict welding procedures and inspection processes to guarantee structural integrity under continuous pressure cycles. Every manufacturing stage was monitored according to quality management requirements.
Factory Audit: On-Site Client Inspection & Workshop Evaluation
During the active production phase, the client's technical and management teams visited BERCHANCE's manufacturing facilities. The audit covered production workflow, welding stations, assembly areas, testing zones, and overall workshop management.
The organized production sequence, clean working environment, and transparent manufacturing process provided the client with a direct understanding of BERCHANCE's production capability and quality management system.
Successful Shipment to Shanghai Port
Following final quality approval and seaworthy packaging, the batch of more than 20 pressure buffer tanks was systematically loaded and transported to the Port of Shanghai according to the planned logistics schedule.
The successful completion of this project demonstrates BERCHANCE's strong capability in pressure vessel fabrication, batch production management, quality assurance, and international delivery execution.
